5n5nph Terms and Conditions — What You Need to Know Before You Play

2. Eligibility

To register and use the 5n5nph platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of 5n5nph:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 5n5nph strictly prohibits access by anyone under the age of 21, consistent with Philippine gaming regulations.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where accessing and using an online gaming platform of this nature is lawful at the time of placing bets or participating in casino games.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register or have previously been permanently banned from the 5n5nph platform.
• You must be acting solely on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of 5n5nph.

5n5nph reserves the right to request verification of your age, identity, and location at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in temporary or permanent suspension of your account and withholding of funds pending investigation.

3. Account Registration & Security

Each person may hold only one registered account on the 5n5nph platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, phone numbers, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering your 5n5nph account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information including your real full name, date of birth, current address, and valid Philippine mobile number.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to ensure it remains accurate at all times.
• Keep your login credentials — particularly your password — strictly confidential and not share them with any other person.
• Notify 5n5nph immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account.
• Accept full responsibility for all activity conducted through your account, whether or not such activity was authorised by you.

5n5nph will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised use of your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain account security. For your own protection, we strongly recommend using a unique, strong password for your 5n5nph account and enabling any available two-factor authentication features.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

5n5nph accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following Philippine-local payment methods: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet bank transfers, and major Philippine bank online banking services (BDO, BPI, UnionBank). Visa and Mastercard bank cards are also accepted where supported.

Deposits: All deposits are credited to your 5n5nph wallet in Philippine Pesos (₱). The minimum deposit is ₱100. Deposits are generally processed instantly, though occasional delays may occur due to payment provider processing times beyond 5n5nph's control. 5n5nph does not charge fees on standard deposits.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit where possible, in line with anti-money-laundering requirements. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within 7 minutes of request confirmation. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one business day.

• Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. 5n5nph may request supporting documentation before processing your first withdrawal or any withdrawal above a specified threshold.
• 5n5nph reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests that appear unusual, unusually large, or inconsistent with your typical account activity.
• Funds deposited into your 5n5nph account may only be withdrawn by the registered account holder. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.
• All transactions on the 5n5nph platform are conducted in Philippine Pesos (₱). Currency conversion fees, if any, are the responsibility of the member's payment provider.

5. Betting Rules

All bets placed on the 5n5nph platform are subject to the following general betting rules, in addition to any sport-specific or market-specific rules displayed at the time of placing a bet.

• Bet confirmation: A bet is only valid once confirmed by the 5n5nph system and a bet confirmation reference is issued. Bets that have not received confirmation are not valid and will not be paid regardless of the outcome.
• Minimum and maximum bets: The minimum bet on the 5n5nph platform is ₱20. Maximum bet limits vary by sport, market, and event, and are displayed at the time of placing a bet. 5n5nph reserves the right to adjust maximum limits at any time.
• Odds changes: Odds may change between the time you initiate a bet and the time it is confirmed, particularly in live betting markets. If the odds have changed at time of confirmation, 5n5nph will display the updated odds and prompt you to accept or decline before proceeding.
• Errors and obvious mistakes: 5n5nph reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were clearly incorrect due to a technical error, data feed error, or manifest mistake, regardless of whether the bet has been confirmed. In such cases, the bet amount will be returned to your wallet.
• Event cancellations: If a sporting event for which a bet has been placed is cancelled, postponed beyond a specified period, or otherwise fails to reach a natural conclusion, 5n5nph's sport-specific settlement rules will apply. In most cases involving outright cancellation, bets will be voided and stakes returned.
• Dispute resolution: All bet settlement decisions made by 5n5nph are final. If you believe a settlement was made in error, you may contact 5n5nph customer support within 72 hours of settlement with supporting evidence. 5n5nph will review and respond within a reasonable timeframe.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

5n5nph offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, deposit reload offers, cashback promotions, and event-specific boosts. All bonuses and promotions offered by 5n5nph are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms displayed on the relevant promotion page.

• Each promotion is available to eligible members only. Eligibility criteria — including minimum deposit amounts, qualifying bet requirements, and time windows — are specified per promotion.
• Unless explicitly stated as wagering-free, bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before the bonus or derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements and eligible markets are specified per promotion.
• Bonuses are credited to your 5n5nph wallet in Philippine Pesos and can only be used on the 5n5nph platform.
• Only one bonus promotion may be active on your account at a time, unless 5n5nph explicitly states otherwise for a specific promotion.
• 5n5nph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is discontinued before a member has completed the qualifying conditions, any uncompleted bonus requirement will be voided.
• Any attempt to abuse promotional offers — including using multiple accounts, colluding with other members, or engaging in bonus-manipulation strategies — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and may result in account suspension.

7. Referral Programme

The 5n5nph Refer a Friend programme allows registered members in good standing to earn ₱100 for each new member who registers using their unique referral link and completes a qualifying first deposit. The following conditions apply:

• The referred person must be a genuinely new 5n5nph member with no prior account history. Referrals to existing members, or to individuals who have previously held a 5n5nph account under any name or contact details, are not eligible.
• The minimum qualifying first deposit amount for referral confirmation is ₱100 made through any accepted payment method at 5n5nph.
• Referral bonuses are credited as withdrawable cash to the referring member's wallet following confirmation of the referred member's qualifying deposit. No wagering requirement applies to referral cash rewards.
• Self-referrals — that is, referring yourself through a second account or using another person's details — are strictly prohibited and constitute fraud under these Terms.
• 5n5nph reserves the right to withhold referral rewards where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, collusion, or abuse of the programme, pending investigation.
• Referral link sharing in spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or misleading contexts is prohibited. 5n5nph may terminate referral programme access for members found to be distributing their link in violation of this condition.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 5n5nph platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate.

• Registering more than one account on the 5n5nph platform under any name, contact details, payment method, or device combination.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, exploit promotions, or interact with the 5n5nph platform in any non-human manner.
• Exploiting software errors, pricing mistakes, or platform vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage. Members who discover such errors are required to report them to 5n5nph support immediately.
• Engaging in match-fixing, betting on events where you have prior non-public knowledge of the outcome, or any form of insider betting.
• Using the 5n5nph platform to launder money or conduct any transaction that violates Philippine anti-money-laundering laws (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended).
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, identity verification, or at any other point during your use of 5n5nph.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 5n5nph staff or other members in any communication channel.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

5n5nph is committed to protecting your personal information. The collection, use, storage, and processing of your personal data are governed by the 5n5nph Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions by reference.

In summary, 5n5nph collects personal data that is necessary to operate the platform, verify your identity, process payments, fulfil regulatory obligations, and communicate with you about your account. 5n5nph does not sell your personal data to third parties. 10. Responsible Gaming

5n5nph is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all members. Gambling is a form of entertainment, and 5n5nph recognises that for a small number of people, it can become a source of harm. We take that seriously.

5n5nph provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered members:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on how much you can deposit into your 5n5nph wallet. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a 24-hour cooling-off period when increased.
• Session Reminders: Set alerts to notify you after a specified period of continuous play on the 5n5nph platform.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary break (minimum 30 days) or permanent exclusion from the 5n5nph platform. During an active exclusion period, your account will be locked and promotional communications will cease.

11. Account Suspension & Closure

5n5nph reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any member account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to pass identity verification or failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, match-fixing, or any other criminal activity.
• Provision of false or misleading registration information.
• Conduct that is harmful to the integrity of the 5n5nph platform or other members.
• A request by a regulatory or law enforcement authority.

If your account is suspended due to a suspected breach under investigation, 5n5nph will notify you of the suspension and the reason where it is lawful to do so. Funds held in a suspended account will be retained pending resolution of the investigation. If the investigation concludes in your favour, funds will be released. If the investigation results in permanent closure due to a confirmed breach, 5n5nph reserves the right to withhold some or all funds in accordance with these Terms and applicable law.

You may also close your own 5n5nph account voluntarily at any time by contacting customer support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be paid out to your registered payment method within a reasonable processing period.

12. Limitation of Liability

The 5n5nph platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While 5n5nph makes every effort to ensure the platform is available, accurate, and free from errors, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or the complete absence of technical issues.

To the maximum extent permitted under Philippine law, 5n5nph shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of or inability to use the 5n5nph platform.
• Losses arising from internet connectivity issues, device failures, or third-party service interruptions that affect your ability to access 5n5nph.
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers such as GCash, Maya, or Philippine banks.
• Any errors in odds, scores, or other data displayed on the platform that originate from third-party data providers, where such errors were not caused by 5n5nph's negligence.

Nothing in these Terms limits 5n5nph's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under Philippine law.

13. Changes to These Terms

5n5nph may update or revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. For significant changes, 5n5nph will provide advance notice to registered members via email or an in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the 5n5nph platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any revised Terms, you should stop using the 5n5nph platform and may close your account as described in Section 11.
